STAR ONE REAL ESTATE FUND: FIRST CLOSING and FIRST INVESTMENTS
Cassiopea Partners announces the launch and the first investments of the Star One Fund, real estate fund available exclusively to qualified investors and investing in grid-connected photovoltaic energy plants.
Following the closure of the first underwritings the Star One Fund, managed by Polis SGR and promoted jointly with Cassiopea Partners, completed its first investments by acquiring photovoltaic plants (approximately 5MW) located in Spinazzola (BAT), Italy. The fund’s portfolio target is in the region of 50MW, increasable up to 100MW.
Cassiopea Partners, Financial Advisor to the Fund, has assisted Polis Fondi SGR in the structuring of the fund, in the Fund’s first acquisition and supports Polis in the selection of future investments, as well as in the structuring and execution of the acquisitions.
