Maurizio joined Cassiopea Partners in 2013. He has gained a significant experience in the investment banking and M&A advisory industry.

He has advised national and international companies as well as private equity funds on several (both domestic and cross-border) transactions in TLC, hospitality, industrials and retail & consumer sectors.

Prior to Cassiopea Partners, Maurizio was part of the M&A team of L&B Partners, a leading investment bank boutique specialized in the renewable energy industry.

Maurizio holds a MsC degree in Finance from Bocconi University.
