STAR ONE REAL ESTATE FUND: NEW INVESTMENTS
Cassiopea Partners announces that the Star One Fund has expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of two new photovoltaic plants: one of approximately 7.8MW located in Borgo Faiti (Latina) and one of 1 MW located in Rottofreno (Piacenza), respectively owned by Quercus Renewable Energy and by a pool of private investors. The Fund, managed by Polis SGR and promoted jointly with Cassiopea Partners, offers its institutional investors an investment solution characterized by steady and predictable cash flow, with an expected IRR target of approximately 13%. Launched in August 2012, the Star One Fund has reached with its new investments a 14.0MW portfolio and has a target portfolio of 50MW which can be increased to 100MW. Cassiopea Partners, Financial Advisor to the Fund, has assisted Polis Fondi SGR in the structuring of the fund, in the Fund’s acquisitions and supports Polis in the selection of future investments, as well as in the structuring and execution of the acquisitions.
