Online S.r.l. (Online), an Italian leading BPO Company specialized in Inside Sales, Inside Sales Channel and Sales Support for the IT sector whose customers are the leading international players in the IT industry, has been acquired by Webhelp, the French global customer experience provider, founded by Frederic Jousset and Olivier Duha.
Cassiopea Partners acted as sole Financial Advisor to Online and its shareholders, Giovanni and Pio Micieli in the sale on the company.
