Cassiopea Partners advises Sistemia S.p.A. on the sale of a majority stake to KKR & Co. L.P.

Cassiopea Partners is pleased to announce that it has acted as exclusive financial advisor to Sistemia (the “Company”) and its shareholders on the sale of a majority stake to KKR & Co. L.P., a leading global investment firm.

Sistemia is one of the leading Italian servicers covering the entire lifecycle of the servicing process for secured and unsecured credits, from inquiry to nonperforming loan (NPL) management. The agreement will provide capital to support the growth of Sistemia’s servicing platform, including in the NPL space. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Selling shareholders and managers will remain invested in the Company with a minority stake.
