Cassiopea Partners acted as financial advisor of Trevi Holding (“THSE”) in the definition and execution a complex financial restructuring transaction involving THSE itself and two of its operating subsidiaries, Trevi Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A. (a company listed on the Milan Stock Exchange and operating in the field of foundation engineering and operations) and Sofitre S.p.A. (a company involved in the parking engineering and construction business).
As part of the transaction, three debt restructuring agreements have been signed pursuant to art. 182-bis of the bankruptcy law relating to the debt of Trevi Holding SE, Trevi Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A. and Sofitre S.r.l. The three plans are closely interconnected and in fact form a single financial package, which ends up involving other companies in the group controlled by Trevi Finanziaria Industriale.
Alongside Cassiopea Partners, Trevi Holding was advised by Studio Poletti in Cesena, Studio BCL Avvocati Riuniti of Bologna, Studio Assenza & Associati and EY (lawyer Francesco Marotta).
